After your quote has been accepted, it is worth doing some preliminary checks into your customer to make sure everything is good to go.
When a customer pays a deposit via TruckIt, you the Provider are able to view the Cardholders name and the last 4 digits of the payment card used. To view this just go to My Jobs then open the job you are looking for. In the grey customer info section you will see all kinds of customer details with payment information being a recent addition (see below).
It is wise to do a quick reference check of the payment details to make sure the details of the cardholder line up with either the booking customer or one of the parties to the shipment. This will help ensure there are no hiccups along the way and can be useful in preventing chargebacks or other payment disputes.
If the payment details do not line up with the customer's details it is not always a casue for concern, but it may be worthwhile conducting your own checks with the customer to establish that they have the authority to use the credit card they have paid with.
