Why We're Making This Change
- Maximum Security: To significantly enhance payment security and reduce the risk of fraud for all Truckit customers.
- Industry Compliance: To comply with the latest regulatory and payment provider requirements for online transactions, ensuring a secure payment environment.
What This Means for Your Payments
The new security measures will primarily affect credit card payments based on your user status and the transaction amount. The system will automatically guide you through the process if 3DS is required.

| Trusted Users | Over $5,000 | 3D Secure (3DS) will be required. |
Definitions:
- New Users: Customers who have not yet completed a job or have completed their first job less than 30 days ago.
- Trusted Users: Customers who have completed at least one job and 30 days has passed since their first job.
Maximum Transaction Limits:
- For any transaction of $20,000 or more, credit card payments are no longer permitted.
- Only PayID & Bank Transfer (with BSB & Account Number) will be accepted for transactions at this level to ensure the highest security and compliance.
