To enhance communication between customers and providers, Truckit now shows Providers when a customer is online and vice-versa.
You will find a customers online status by going to their job page and scrolling down to the messages section. Next to their name you will see their online status (see below).
Customer online statuses
Online (solid green circle): User is online now
Away (yellow clock symbol): User was recently online but has not taken any action
Offline (grey circle): User has not been online recently
