It is completely FREE to sign up as a Truckit Transport Provider, just follow the simple process outlined below:
You will be required to provide information & documentation to verify your account:
1. Current, active ABN:
You will be required to enter your current, active ABN. This will be verified and your business name stored on your profile.
2. Identification Documents (Must Be Valid/In date)
The documentation required will depend on your provider type.
Owner Drivers
Owner drivers must upload personal documents, which include:
Australian Driver's Licence
Licence Headshot
A selfie holding your photo ID next to your face (for verification purposes)

You may upload either personal documents (as above) or company documents as outlined below:
Company Documents:
Primary Document (only one required – must be issued by a government agency):
Examples include:
Certificate of Incorporation
Certificate of Currency of Insurance
ATO Portal Extract
BAS Statement Extract
Government Letter Showing ABN/ACN
WorkCover Document
Secondary Document (only one required – must include your business name and address):
Examples include:
Utility Bill
Invoice issued to your business
Insurance or Rego Certificate / Renewal Notice

All submitted documents are securely stored and are only visible to Truckit.net administration staff—they are not accessible to customers. Documents may only be released in response to a formal written request from a government agency.
Once you have signed up, our admin team will manually review your application. If all required information and documents are provided, your account will be approved. If anything is missing, you will receive an email outlining the additional details we need.
The review process typically takes 1–5 business days from the time you complete your signup.
