Issue 1
ID Document uploads must not be greater than 1MB.
This is usually the cause of the problem, please resize your documents so the file size is smaller than 1MB and try uploading again.
Issue 2
ID Document file type must be an image (e.g. .jpg, .png, .gif etc)
If file type is not an image, please convert to an image file type and try uploading again.
If you are still having issues, please email your images to support@truckit.net quoting your email address and/or username and our support team will be able to upload them for you.
