If you're experiencing issues uploading your ID, it’s likely due to one of the following reasons:
Issue 1: File Size Too Large
Uploaded documents must be under 1MB in size.
Please resize or compress your document so it’s less than 1MB, then try uploading again.
Issue 2: Incorrect File Type
ID documents must be uploaded as an image file (e.g. .jpg
, .png
, .gif
, etc.).
If your document is in another format (such as PDF), please convert it to an image and try again.
