Firstly, please note editing your listing will decline all current active quotes. This is because your quotes may not be accurate according to the new details.
Should you need to make major changes that will affect the possible quotes, then you should do the following:
Login at www.truckit.net/login
Navigate to Listings & Bookings
Navigate to Listings & Bookings
Select your active listing
Once you have arrived on the listing page, click the orange action button 'Edit Listing.'
If you already have active quotes on your listing, but wish to clarify small changes (such as small changes in dimensions, weight, dates) with a specific provider, simply expand their quote to see the Talk to box (seen below). Here you can communicate with the provider without declining any quotes. Please note you can't share any personal or business contact details in this section.
