Should you need to make major changes that will affect the possible quotes, then you should go to your listing page and click 'EDIT LISTING'.
If you already have active quotes on your listing, but wish to clarify small changes (such as dimensions, weight, dates) with a specific provider, simply click on their username to expand their quote and see the "QUOTE MESSAGES" box (seen below). Here you can communicate with the provider without declining any quotes, remember, you can't share any personal or business contact details in this section.
