When choosing a provider for your job, there is several factors to consider, here is how some of the information on a providers profile is calculated.
Provider Feedback percentage is calculated on a providers completed and cancelled jobs in the last 12 months using the following formula:
Positive Feedback ___________
Positive Feedback + Negative Feedback
(Please Note: Neutral Feedback is ignored)
Provider Level (depicted by a coloured star) refers to the number of jobs a provider has completed whilst also maintaining a positive feedback percentage of 95% or higher.
Green Star = 1-19 jobs completed
Yellow Star = 20-99 jobs completed]
Purple Star = 100+ jobs completed
