Instant Quotes are quotes that appear automatically on a listing at the moment it is created. Currently, Instant Quotes are only available for jobs listed under the Cars and Pallets categories. They can be offered by approved Transport Providers who meet specific criteria set by Truckit.net.
How Do Instant Quotes Work?
Instant Quotes are generated using an Instant Rate Table submitted by approved Providers to Truckit.net.
When a customer creates a job listing that matches a Provider’s approved rate (e.g., Sydney to Brisbane), an Instant Quote is automatically displayed on the listing at the time of booking. This allows customers to secure pricing immediately without waiting for manual quotes.
Who Can Sign Up?
Truckit considers several factors when approving Transport Providers for the Instant Quote program, including (but not limited to):
Ability to service the rates offered (capacity and coverage)
Past job history and feedback (customer satisfaction and reliability)
Service offerings and differentiation (unique capabilities or value-add services)
