If you have received an email requesting you to confirm delivery but your items have not been delivered, please log in immediately to Truckit.net and navigate to your listing page where you will see the option to 'Dispute Delivery'. This action will pause the release of payment until the issue concerning the non-delivery is resolved.


  • Login at https://www.truckit.net/login
  • Go to Listings & Bookings
  • Click on the listing that is marked with the status 'delivered'
  • Click the dispute delivery button and follow the prompts from there

Failure to complete this within a 72-hour timeframe after the provider indicates that the job has been delivered will lead to the job being auto-completed and the funds being released. If you encounter any issues with this, please reach out to Truckit Support at 1300 859 850 and we will be happy to assist you.


When you click Dispute Delivery, you will be asked to give an explanation as to why you are disputing the delivery which will then be sent to the transport Provider to respond and subsequently followed up by Truckit staff.  If the item(s) have not been delivered, then the payment will continue to be held until such time that it can be established that the item(s) have been delivered.
