Occasionally, the location, description, size, or scale of the job may differ from what was initially stated. 


In such cases, your Transport Provider may submit a request to adjust the amount held in Truckit Pay to align with the new value of the job. 


If the Provider seeks an increase, you will receive an email notifying you of the requested adjustment and will be prompted to log in to either accept the increase and make a payment via Credit/Debit card or decline the increase if you disagree with the charges. Please note bank transfer or PayID payments cannot be accepted for price increases. 


Additional amounts paid via the price increase feature will be deposited into the Truckit Pay wallet and kept in escrow with the initial amount until delivery.

To pay a price increase:

1. Login at www.truckit.net/login

2. Navigate to Listings & Bookings

3. Click on the job with the pending price increase

4. Click the button labelled 'Respond to Payment Increase Request' 

5. Then either press 'Decline' or 'Proceed to Payment'
