If you are a transport provider, you may have multiple people in your business who need to receive important notification emails from TruckIt.net (e.g. Quote Declined, Booking Confirmation, New Message etc.). Well you can now add these email addresses to your Truckit account so that they all receive the Truckit notification emails.


Note: If you would like to change the primary email address for your Truckit account, please contact support@truckit.net


How to add secondary email address to receive Truckit notification emails (on the Website):

  1. Login to your Truckit.net account
  2. Go to Account Settings>Profile
  3. Click 'Edit Profile' 
  4. Under the 'Contact Details' tab you will find a field for 'Secondary Emails'
  5. Enter the secondary email address(es) you would like to receive all Truckit notification emails. Please separate each email address with a comma (,) and do not include any spaces between them.  

 



How to add secondary email address to receive Truckit notification emails (on the App)

  1. Login to the Truckit App
  2. Navigate to the 'Home' tab.
  3. Click your profile picture (these may be displayed as an image or your initials) in the top right corner of the page
  4. Select the arrow next to your name and email address
  5. Click the edit button in the top right corner of the page 
  6. Open the 'Contact details' section and scroll down to find the field 'Secondary Emails' 
  7. Enter the secondary email address(es) you would like to receive all Truckit notification emails. Please separate each email address with a comma (,) and do not include any spaces between them.
