Step 1: Allow notifications via your browser

To enable push notifications you will first have to 'Allow' push notifications via your web browser. You will sometimes be prompted by your browser to enable notifications on your first visit to a website, otherwise you can find out how to enable browser notifications by following the relevant link for your preferred desktop browser below: 


Step 2: Configure which push notifications you would like to receive 

You can configure which push notifications you wish to receive on the website by going to Menu>Account Settings> Communications Settings . Then tick/untick the 'Push' box next to each notification, leaving ticked the ones that you would like to receive.

Configure which push notifications you would like to receive on the app

  1. Login to the Truckit App
  2. Navigate to the 'Home' tab.
  3. Click your profile picture (these may be displayed as an image or your initials) in the top right corner of the page

  4. Go to Settings 

  5. Scroll to Communication Preferences

  6. Click the Notifications section
  7. Then click the buttons for push notifications (shown as a bell symbol), leaving on the ones that you would like to receive. A notification is on when it is orange (see image below).
