If for some reason you need to cancel your job, simply go to Listings & Bookings and click on the job that needs cancelling.


Once on the listing page, you will see the orange action button 'Request Cancellation.' Clicking this button will bring up the form which requires you enter an explanation to administration as to why the job needs to be cancelled, as well as feedback for the other party.


A notification will then be sent to the other party and they will be required to fill out the form also to confirm cancellation of the job. Please note, the other party will not be able to see your feedback until confirmation is received, allowing you to leave honest and constructive feedback.


Once both parties have confirmed cancellation, the refund will be processed by administrators
