A faster way to book jobs with less hassle!
We are currently trialling Book Now
The aim is to;
- Generate jobs from committed customers, removing tyre-kickers
- Allow providers to accept jobs quickly
- Ensure fast payment via Truckit Pay
The Book Now feature will work by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to define a fair price based on more than 8 years of data and tens of thousands of jobs. The AI Book Now price is then offered to the customer to accept, or they can continue to receive quotes as usual. Should the customer choose to accept the AI Book Now price, payment will be held in Truckit Pay and the job will be shared with a limited number of suitable providers who can instantly accept the Book Now price in order to secure the job. Providers can view the job details and if they feel the AI Book Now price is not quite right then they are still able to submit a quote. Providers who are not eligible for Book Now can also quote on the job.
A suitable provider is selected based on a number of factors, including;
- Profile strength
- Customer feedback
- Location
- Vehicle type
- Insurance documents uploaded and verified
When a provider accepts the AI Book Now price, the job is officially booked and continues just like a regular booking. As full payment has been secured in Truckit Pay, its available as soon as the job is marked as delivered.
