This process ensures that only verified Providers can offer services through our platform, safeguarding both Providers and Customers.



Why Do I Need to Complete Video Verification?

The video verification process is an essential step to confirm your identity and the legitimacy of your business to a greater extent than the initial sign up process. It helps us prevent fraudulent accounts from accessing the platform and ensures a safer experience for everyone. Once verified, you’ll be able to receive timely payments for the jobs you complete.



Step-by-Step Guide to Completing Video Verification

Step 1: Prepare Your Video

To ensure your video meets our requirements, please follow these steps:

  • Introduce yourself: Clearly state your name and describe the transport services you provide.
  • Show your face: Make sure your face is well-lit and fully visible in the video.
  • Hold an ID next to your face: Use a valid ID, such as an Australian Driver's License, to verify your identity.
  • Add any extra information (optional): Provide any additional details that may help us verify your business, such as your business location or vehicle details.


Step 2: Upload Your Video & Nominate Bank Account For Payout

Once your video is ready, go to the My Payout Methods section in your Account Settings and follow the instructions to upload your file. Please note that the My Payout Methods page and video upload process are not available from the Truckit Provider mobile app.


After uploading your video, you can nominate the bank account where you wish to receive payouts for completed jobs on the next screen.


Step 3: Review Process

After uploading your video:

  • Review Timeline: The review process typically takes 1-2 business days.
  • Notification: You’ll receive a notification when your video has been reviewed. If the video meets our requirements, your verification will be successful.
  • Re-submission: If there are any issues, we’ll contact you via email with instructions on how to re-submit your video.



What Happens After My Video is Verified?

Once you’re successfully verified, you will be eligible to receive payouts for completed jobs.
