Activating your Truckit account is a simple process. There are two ways to create and activate a customer account:

1. Creating a Customer Account Directly

  • After creating an account, you will receive an activation email.

  • If you don’t receive the email:

    • Check Spam/Junk Folder: Emails may sometimes be filtered.

    • Check Your Email Address: Go to Account Settings > Profile > Edit Profile to confirm the email address entered during registration is correct.

    • If the email address is incorrect, please contact support@truckit.net to update it.

    • If the email is correct and you still haven’t received the activation email, contact support@truckit.net for assistance.

2. Creating an Account After Listing a Job

  • If you create your account while posting a listing, you will also receive an activation email.

  • If you don’t receive the email:

    • Check Spam/Junk Folder.

    • Check Your Email Address in Account Settings > Profile > Edit Profile.

    • Resend Verification Email: Log into your account, go to the listing page that shows as Pending Activation, and click the Resend Email button (see screenshot below).

    • If your email address is incorrect, contact support@truckit.net to have it updated.

    • If your details are correct but you still haven’t received the activation email, contact support@truckit.net.
