Activating your Truckit account is a simple process. There are two ways to create and activate a customer account:
1. Creating a Customer Account Directly
After creating an account, you will receive an activation email.
If you don’t receive the email:
Check Spam/Junk Folder: Emails may sometimes be filtered.
Check Your Email Address: Go to Account Settings > Profile > Edit Profile to confirm the email address entered during registration is correct.
If the email address is incorrect, please contact support@truckit.net to update it.
If the email is correct and you still haven’t received the activation email, contact support@truckit.net for assistance.
2. Creating an Account After Listing a Job
If you create your account while posting a listing, you will also receive an activation email.
If you don’t receive the email:
Check Spam/Junk Folder.
Check Your Email Address in Account Settings > Profile > Edit Profile.
Resend Verification Email: Log into your account, go to the listing page that shows as Pending Activation, and click the Resend Email button (see screenshot below).
If your email address is incorrect, contact support@truckit.net to have it updated.
If your details are correct but you still haven’t received the activation email, contact support@truckit.net.
