• When you sign up as a Provider, an activation email will be sent to your nominated email address.

  • This email contains both:

    • An activation link (click to activate), and

    • An activation code (you can copy and paste this into the designated field on the Truckit website).

  • If you don’t receive the email:

    • Check Spam/Junk Folder.

    • Check Your Email Address in Account Settings > Profile > Edit Profile.

    • Resend Verification Email: Click the Resend Activation Code button (see screenshot below).

    • If your email is incorrect, please contact support@truckit.net.
