Tracking Your Job on Truckit.net
Truckit.net includes action buttons — Mark as Collected and Mark as Delivered — to help track a booked job through to successful delivery.
In most cases, your provider (the person completing the job) will mark the booking as collected or delivered.
You can also mark a job yourself, but please note:
If you mark a job as Delivered, the funds being held will be released to the provider.
Do not mark as delivered if the goods have not yet arrived or you are not ready for payment to be released.

How Providers Upload Proof
When a provider marks a job as collected or delivered, they can upload a Proof of Collection (POC) or Proof of Delivery (POD) document.
Important Disclaimer: While providers can upload POC and POD, and we strongly encourage them to do so, this is not a requirement on Truckit.net. If having these documents is important for your job, we recommend discussing this directly with the provider before booking or before the time of collection. This ensures they are aware of what steps to take at both collection and delivery.
How to View Your POC or POD
To access these documents:
Log in to your Truckit.net account.
Go to your Listings & Bookings page.
Click on the relevant Booked or Complete listing.
Select View Proof of Collection or View Proof of Delivery.
A new tab will open, showing the POC or POD.
