You may wish to decline a quote for several reasons — for example, if the price, service level, or time frame does not suit your needs. Declining a quote is quick and easy.
Step-by-step guide:
Log in to your Truckit.net account.
Go to Listings & Bookings.
Click on the listing where you have received the quote you want to decline.
This will open your listing page where you can see all quotes you’ve received.
Click on the quote you’d like to review to expand and view its full terms and options.
Click the button labeled ‘Decline’ located beneath the quote.

You will then be prompted to leave feedback on why you’re declining the quote.
You’ll see four feedback options to choose from.
There’s also a comment box where you can add any additional details if you wish.

Can I still contact the provider after declining?
Yes! You can still message the provider even after declining their quote if you’d like to continue negotiating or ask further questions.
Don’t need the item moved anymore?
If you no longer wish to receive quotes or no longer need the item transported, you can withdraw your listing instead.
