99% of jobs are completed without a hitch, although in the unlikely event that something goes wrong it is important to know how you can resolve any issues.  


As TruckIt is only the marketplace and not a party to any agreement made between yourself and your Provider, we are unable to intervene directly in any disputes. We recommending contacting your Provider as soon as you believe an issue exists, it is always best to put things in writing via email, SMS or the TruckIt private messaging system. 


If you are having trouble getting in touch with your Provider we recommend writing them an email with support@truckit.net included as a CC so we can keep on top of the communications.
