99% of jobs are completed without a hitch, although in the unlikely event that something goes wrong it is important to know how you can resolve any issues.  


If your items have not been delivered:

If your job has been booked with the payment terms "Truckit Pay", the provider has marked the job as delivered & delivery has not occurred then please do the following immediately:


  • Login at https://www.truckit.net/login
  • Go to Listings & Bookings
  • Click on the listing that is marked with the status 'delivered'
  • Click the dispute delivery button and follow the prompts from there


Failure to do this within a 72 hour period after the provider marked the job as delivered will result in the job auto-completing and the funds being released. If you have issues doing this please contact Truckit Support on 1300 859 850 and we can assist you with this.


As TruckIt is only the marketplace and not a party to any agreement made between yourself and your Provider, we are unable to intervene directly in any disputes for anything other than non-delivery on a Truckit Pay booking. We recommend contacting your Provider as soon as you believe an issue exists. It is always best to put things in writing via email, SMS or the TruckIt private messaging system. 


If you are having trouble getting in touch with your Provider we recommend writing them an email with support@truckit.net included as a CC so we can keep on top of the communications.
