To begin receiving Truckit Pay funds you will need to add your preferred bank account. To do this, simply login to Truckit and go to Account Settings>Payout Methods where you will see the form pictured below. 


Step 1 - KYC Check

As with any bank or payment provider, you must first prove your identity. Supply your first and last name and date of birth then click 'Save and Continue'. Your ABN will be prefilled from your account application, if your ABN is incorrect or has changed, please contact support@truckit.net


You’ll then be asked to complete a KYC video verification. To help maintain a secure and trustworthy platform, all new Transport Providers are required to complete a one-time video verification before receiving payment for completed jobs. This process helps ensure that only verified providers can operate on Truckit, protecting both customers and providers. The specific requirements for the video will vary depending on your provider type (Owner Driver, Transport Organisation, or Agent/Freight Broker).


The requirements are as follows:  

  • Introduce yourself and describe the services you provide.
  • Ensure your face is clearly visible.
  • Hold an Australian Driver’s License next to your face.
  • Owner-Drivers/Transport Organisations:
    • Show the vehicle you use for your business (unlock/enter the vehicle).
    • Provide proof of the location where you operate your business. Good examples include:
      • Signs in your service area that advertise your business.
      • Street signs or landmarks next to your business.
      • Show branded work equipment, marketing materials, or tools used for your services.
  • Brokers:
    • Provide proof of business operations and management. This can include:
      • Showing invoices, utility bills, or business registration documents that match your business name.
      • Recording yourself providing a service.
      • Displaying marketing materials, an office, or branded business items (e.g., a business card).
  • Please keep the video under 60 seconds.



Step 2 - Bank Details

Once you have uploaded the video you will need to add your bank details. To add a payout method, you will need to supply:

  • Name of your bank e.g. Commonwealth Bank
  • BSB
  • Account Number
  • Account Holder Name
  • Account Type
  • Holder Type



Once your video & bank details have been KYC approved, our payment provider can start releasing the funds to your nominated bank account. Our payment provider processes batches twice daily, from Monday to Friday. Funds are then subject to standard bank processing times, but in most instances, they will appear in your bank account within hours. However, initial payments to a new payee may require 24-48 hours to clear.

We take your privacy and data security very seriously. Videos are stored in encrypted storage and are only accessed by our support team during the review process.
