To mark a job as delivered:
- Login to Truckit.net
- Go to Listings & Bookings
- Click on the listing you are ready to mark as delivered. This will load your listing page where you will see an orange action button titled 'Mark as Delivered'.
- Clicking this button will open a form where you can provide feedback on the provider. You will be asked to:
Select an overall rating (positive, neutral, or negative).
Rate the provider on each listed criterion using a 1–5 star scale.
Leave written review comments.
Please provide honest feedback, as it helps future customers make informed decisions and assists our management team in reviewing provider performance.
Important: Marking a job as Delivered will automatically release payment to the provider. Please ensure your items have been delivered in full before doing this.

- Click on the listing that is in the status 'delivered'. This will load your listing page where you will see an orange action button titled 'Mark as Complete'.
- Clicking this button will open a form where you can provide feedback on the provider. You will be asked to:

If your items have not been delivered and you are being prompted to release funds then please login to your account immediately to dispute the delivery. Failure to complete this within a 72-hour timeframe after the provider indicates that the job has been delivered will lead to the job being auto-completed and the funds being released.
