Sometimes things change, perhaps you only ended up taking one item for the customer instead of two due to a change in circumstance. This is why Truckit Pay provides an option to Refund Customer in the event that the job is still going ahead. Note this is different to the Request Cancellation option which should only be used when the job is no longer going ahead.
